Two explanations: either Joker told her about Oracle being the former Batgirl (even if Joker didn't know that at the time, given the special relationship Mister J has with the fourth wall, it's fanwankable), either Harley had a slip of the tongue and was thinking about the other red-head she usually finds herself gravitating to when there's trouble in paradise-Arkham with Joker.

Harley has the Fourth Wall Breaking powers, herself. When the second issue of a two-parter opened in the middle of a fight, she froze the action to give the readers a recap of the previous issue so they wouldn't be lost.

It's been hinted a few times that she figured out who Batman was from observing Bruce as Bruce at a party. But, while one could figure out who Nightwing is from there (Deathstroke did the opposite by learning Nightwing's identity and working out who Batman had to be from there), Babs isn't that closely connected to Bruce, publicly.

Well, she had her number and called her a cutie... so maybe Barbara's infatuation with blondes extends a bit further than expected?

Or she might just have heard the Bat-people referring to her as red when talking to their handsfrees and figured out the number through her underground contacts. But that's the dull explanation.

Who is the flying villainess here? (At least she's wearing a costume so might be identifiable, unlike the parts of Last Laugh in Arkham where it was impossible to tell who was supposed to be who... "Oh no... it's Jokerised someone #437/A with white skin, green hair and an orange jumpsuit!")

As for Barbara's type, I wouldn't dare to hazard a guess, but given the dark haired guys (Dick), the brown haired guys (Ted, Jason Bard), the dark haired ladies (Helena) and the blonde ladies (Just about everyone else)... I'd have to go with "Eclectic" :)
