What does this series have in store for our favourite British-Asian sorceress?

Hey, Traci's mum's alive and her dad's accepting their magic! And she's got younger siblings! Things seems to be looking up for her, despite her being deaged back to 15 for some reas... Oh.

:(

...This could be good, but still. :(

As a sidenote: the Earth Is Screaming sounds like the title of a Doctor Who episode.

Actually, you could always post the next two pages, since DC has already put them out there....

Indeed. Plus the Eiffel Tower is just not close enough to the Arc to do something like that, I think.

The artist was so gleeful about getting to destroy Paris that he/she couldn't be bothered to research before getting to the fun part?

Obviously Aquaman used ultra condensed water flowing through the bottom of the Seine river and then released it all at once, used it to grab the Eiffel tower from one side, and pushed it up the Champs-Elysées towards the Arc de Triomphe.

As you can see I am well versed in comic book logic.

Obviously. Must have been quite a bit of work; that's some way to have to push the Tower!

And truly. :P

"The Earth Is Screaming sounds like Doctor Who" is EXACTLY what I thought the second before I read your comment. Well, I thought it sounded like a quote from DW, not an episode title, but yeah whatev.

Blatant Eiffel Tower Effect aside, I'm pretty intrigued.

Also, the Effiel Tower crashing into the Arc de Triomphe? Who wrote this, Roland Emmerich?

The title is a riff on classic 50s doomsday movie "The Earth Dies Screaming!". It was also referenced by Tom Waits for his haunting Biblical lament, "Earth Died Screaming". You probably picked up on it's connection to Doctor Who subconsciously - Mark Gatiss inserted the title into the dialogue of "Victory of the Daleks".

Congrats Traci 13! You've managed to actually make Flashpoint look interesting enough to pick up!

Some questions, in no particular order:

1) Is Traci 13 still Jaime's girlfriend in main continuity?

2) Why do Flashpoint Aquaman/Wonderwoman decide to hit France with a tidal wave and take over NorthWestern Europe, anyhow? Just a 'damn surface worlders' mixed with 'damn patriarchy'? Does some specific event trigger such a devastating attack?

3) In regular continuity, did Traci's parents die and she was adopted by the Dibnys?

As the last page (not the one here, in the online preview) shows, it wouldn't be a proper Doctor 13/Traci appearance without at least one slashy bit, would it?
