Let's face it, Selena's had this coming.

She could have walked away any time from this little trio of bad-girls, but she stuck around.
And when they needed her and depended on her (during the last arc in the break-in of Arkham) she wasn't there. When she did show, it was to put down the re-insane Harley and to betray Ivy.

The Frog and the Scorpion time, when they all drown together.

I hope that the writers can salvage this fiasco.

Haha. Sorry. There's only one known pic of Brando playin the man flute, and that's it. Although there are tasty tidbits like this, this, and that. Not as tasty, but still preeety juicy.

Nah. The amount of comicbookstores here is slim to none, and the Anglo-centric bookstores that DO sell comics don't have anything that obscure.
I'll probably have to wait untill my next visit to England or America.

Truthfully I didn't have hopes for this title past issue 20 when everything started going downhill. And hell, I don't even know where to begin with describing how bad characterisation got past this point. :/

Yeah. I don't see how they're going to end things with each character's respective fans being happy. Just seems that this book degenerated from a half-assed T&A sexy-time villainous slumber party to hawt women beating up on and humiliating one another. Simone's Six are probably more unstable than these 3 yet function so much better as a team. Bad characterization all around.

Nah. Winick can't write realistic adults, and I'm afraid of the sex kitten he's going to turn Selina into. The only character I've ever seen him write accurately was Ollie Queen, and that says something.

Well, I'm thinking like this--yeah, Winick has had his down times, but outside of the Ice stuff, I thought Generation Lost was pretty solid, and his Power Girl was really fun. So Catwoman...it could be good, it could suck, but with his recent track-record, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Meanwhile, GCS for the past year or so has been pretty bad, and it doesn't look like it's going to turn around in two issues.

*sigh*. Yeah. Suppose I can't knock a book till I read it (or get the gist of it from S_D). Selina's a very complicated character. Not many people outside of Brubaker have been able to impress me with their handling of her. She's so much more than a perpetually-conflicted antihero or sexy catburglar.

Why do they keep drawing Catwoman's costume opened up? And when the zipper's down it's the googles off her face... Just Darwyn Cooke, this design's creator, "gets" this costume... :/

This. Cooke designed it like a hot, sexy 60's spy catsuit, and most subsequent artists save a few have foregone that in favour of 'OHAIBOOBIES'.

But it was such a classy funky retro-ysh spy-like costume...turned into such a skimpy costume by those bad artists....bleh... :/

All I can say is thank God this book is dead as of September. Dini never gave them a solid reason to be living and working together, and after he abandoned it, it became the biggest turd in DC's bowl.
