Arrow Kids Day

Okay, following up my previous "fan outcry for the Connor, Lian and Mia" post, I'm thinking it's time we all held an Arrow Kids day. The release date of the new Green Arrow issue seems like a good one to me, though I worry it's a bit soon.

So. What do you all say, then? 9/07/11 to demand our favorite Arrows back? I'm thinking just generally making some noise at DC will work- tweeting Krul (@JTKRul) and the general DC accounts (@DC_Nation, @DCComics), writing to DC, etc. will work. Some type of "I love _____ because ____" thing might work, too, both in the DC letters and just general signal boosting, though Twitter's char limit might be a bit of a pain.

I also wonder if we couldn't do our own "We love Mia and Connor and want more of them in the DCnU" campaign through letters, though obviously not on the very day, similar to what DC had done when trying to judge the interest in a Jason Todd on-going.

That would certainly be nice. I chose a single day just because it means more of an impact- a tweet or two a day is easily overlooked, but a full twitter feed of #fuckyeaharrowkids and #arrowkidsday and the like is a little harder to ignore. The more letters, the merrier, though. I'd like to get a petition going, too, but that's going to have to wait a bit or require someone else's input- orientation week has been insane, alas.
