You know I have a little problem with this. Kory should always be welcome to the Titans. No matter the incarnation.
It almost reads like they regard her as a 3rd rate stranger.
I mean like Damn Donna, she's been your best friend for years. Even if you guys have not seen each other in maybe 1 or 2 ( in that continuity)

I recall when this 1st came out and I was just getting into comics, I was so excited about this title being relaunched. I hated how everyone bashed on Devin Grayson.
Looking back, after years of obsessing over the Titans and DCU, I just get a sour look on my face after rereading this panel.
I know it was supposed to be apart of the plot for them to bicker. But it seemed like that's all she concentrated on in her run. Not to mention she further complicated Donna's character with all

I loved the idea of Donna and Roy getting serious. But I hated how Devin wrote it.

It seems to me that's what they're saying, and they're only speechless and wary at the beginning because they think Dick and Kory are/have got back together, and apparently they don't think it'd be a good idea so soon.

I last saw him in a solicit for Titans did he ever show up? He should always be on the Titans when Aquaman isn't around. I dislike it when he's left out considering he help found the damn team.

Well, yes, but none of the original members are on the team at the moment, so that hardly counts. And I don't know where Garth is; the last time I saw him was years ago in an issue of 'Superman'.

You know, this is a pretty good blueprint for how the Titans SHOULD be written - as old friends. I mean, the core members of the JLA and JSA and so forth have all known each other for years, but it's generally more of a 'knowing and respecting your colleagues' situation than their actually being friends (Wally and Kyle's buddyship notwithstanding). The Titans, however, have been hanging out together, in one incarnation or another, since the very beginning. In the early years, they hung out in their clubhouse and listened to records; in later incarnations, they dated each other, got involved in each other's lives, and met each other's families (who sometimes consisted of six-eyed demons trying to conquer the earth). They've thrown birthday parties for each other, organized each other's weddings, gone out to movies, talked excitedly about their new apartments - they're friends. That's what makes them so interesting - they genuinely care about one another, and get-together lunches like this are evidently par for the course. That's the main thing that I think the new team is lacking - they're not only not friends, they HATE each other!
