Why does Superman still have robot Supermen in his fortress? ...why does one of them look suspiciously like Hank Henshaw?

Any time something happens and Ted Kord is involved, I become concerned for his safety.

And isn't Bruce NOT a billionaire anymore, having lost huge amounts of money due to the Joker?
