Honestly. If DC Comics writers can find some way to make her history work, rather than retconning it again. Captain America would be proud of that shield throw.

The first page of this issue is actually an All-Star Superman homage that retells her Silver Age origin in four panels.

Maybe next time make them smaller, weaker, and not actually a rifle.

It's a nice display of feats but having the Wonders fight only humans can feel like downplaying what they should be capable of.

Also, this may seem like a controversial opinion, but Donna needs a unique weapon or power to differentiate her from Diana.

"All you've got is a rope, a shield, and your mouth...super-strength, super-speed, already-demonstrated invulnerability to the weapons we're carrying, possibly the rest of your super-team a split-second Raven-teleport away, and...flight, right? This story's kind of inconsistent on whether you can still fly...in conclusion, we surrender."
