I guess somebody thought Truk was important enough to get the focus on the cover.

He stayed a no-name and eventually got blown up by the Human Bomb at the start of Infinite Crisis.
(In hindsight, being on a team with Deathstroke, Cheetah, Sinestro, Zoom and Bizarro should've been a hint to call in sick that day...)

Yeah, I don't have any idea who the other villains are and I love obscure villains!

Dropded and Throttle, along with fellow villains Whiteout and Blindside, were, AFAIK, new to this run of Green Lantern (i.e. late 190s into early 200s), and have never been seen again. MAYBE as crowd-fillers, but I doubt it. Good riddance. I mean, how mediocre do you have to be when not even the Suicide Squad picks you up?

Truk is... a special case. Just wait. :)

It's the kind of weird offbeat line-up of powers I'd expect to see in something like Worm, where half the fun is playing with the mechanics of "Okay, what could *this* guy do in a fight against *her*?"

But seriously, when you’re a villain with magnetic powers and your name isn’t “Magneto”, you’re always going to come up short.

Trukk definitely seems like he's meant to be a riff on Marvel's Juggernaut, being a bruiser who's unstoppable when he moves.

But that is a butt-ugly design.
