scans_dailyIt turned out that the Loa, the criminal organisation that Amanda Waller fabricated to catch out Captain Boomerang, wasn’t such a fabrication in the first place. The group revealed that Waller was still in charge of the Suicide Squad after seemingly being demoted after the Janus Directive affair and the Squad was forced to disband. However, before that happens, Waller decides it is time to settle matters once and for all.
