The art is great and the story fun. It captures Cruella's personality just right. I can't wait to see more of awesome dogs hijinks and more of Cruella's failures and breakdowns.

James Herriot’s books cover his rural veterinary practice in the 1930’s through 1950’s, and Dodie Smith’s novel was published in 1956–which has me wondering if Tricky Woo lived long enough to learn of Cruella and her canicidal misdeeds.
