Definitely really loved this moment. Otto’s genuine affection for May has always been a nice, humanizing trait.

Peter is definitely remembering the time he had memories of Otto and Aunt May getting very near Premarital that one time.

When Otto took over Peter's body before, was it ever a concern of his that, well, doing that effectively put May out of his reach?

As ambitious as Otto is, there are certain things that even he would concede are beyond him. He's fond of May and probably always will be, but I'm pretty sure he knows his last chance to be with her was blown some time before he body-swapped with Peter. And he would've died if he hadn't, which wouldn't have made his chances with her any better, so...
