Sinsear was sent from the future to eliminate a rogue faction, but takes some time to wreak vengeance upon Cable.

The man who would be Sinsear was an enemy soldier that was mortally wounded by an explosion. He hates Cable because the Dayspring left him alive to be turned in to a cyborg monstrosity instead of putting him out of his misery.
