Pretty silly last page reveal if it's spoiled by the cover. That should be the front of the next issue!

Although, cover Spider-Girl is wearing blue and red and has brown hair, while the interior has her in red and black and with black hair. Maybe they're different people!

It's not the last page, the fight goes on for a little bit. The regular cover is just Spider-Boy and Daredevil but the variant covers all have the new Spider-Girl.
