Steve Rogers and John Walker hold a press conference to announce that Walker is stepping down as Captain America.

The main plot of the issue concerns Cap and Nick Fury fighting a decommissioned SHIELD base after a mystery figure (later revealed to be Machinesmith) takes control.

Any way, let’s skip to the end.
