scans_dailyThe only reason I can think why the original Vulture is fighting his replacement is because Toomes took exception to the press calling Drago puclic enemy #1.
The fight damages part of the Bugle building and Jonah takes his shot.
What's this? Spider-Man losing consciousness and not being all "Gwen, Aunt May, choke I have failed you..."
