Cap travels to Russia to investigate what is going on with the Soviet Super Soldiers.

The new Red Guardians guides Cap around the city.

The monster attacks the rest of the Supreme Soviets.

The Soviet Super Soldiers realease the others, thus Cap once again saves the day by speechifying.
