Not seen here, Steve being shocked, shocked, that Reed Richards was somehow able to see through his cunning disguise as THE CAPTAIN and instantly recognise he was Steve Rogers.
And apparently it's because Reed keeps tabs on things, not because it's just that he's not actually stupid.

It's a shame that after that horrific rough start Simonson's writing is better when he's doing tie-ins. Would've been nice to see what he could've done writing the book free of editorial demands and crossovers.
Oh, well.
