I'm always a little bothered that Cyttorak's exemplars seem to have their heads planted in the front of their torsos, but that's probably just me.

Why not?

We have two Spider-Men, two Wolverines, two Hawkeyes, two Captains America, two Dr. Stranges, and Peter himself has had two different black costumes that look identical.

If there's one thing I don't think Marvel is afraid of, it's a little redundancy.
