Yeah, every time I read one of these, it's like an assault on the vocabulary. I don't think even the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles drop this much slang in an issue.

I think what makes it feel jarring is, I don't know that I've seen any other books doing it -- including ones with some of the same characters! Or am I mistaken there?
