Fed up with Nova being all wishy-washy about him consuming populated worlds, Galactus searches for a herald that isn’t burdened by something as trifling as morals.
He seems nice.
You would think this is another no-name villain mouthing off to Galactus, but Morg gets a pass because he is so cool and important.
Galactus likes the cut of this guy’s jib, so he gets to be the new herald.
