They're Real American Hero, not Skybound - homages to The Silent Interlude back in 1983.
This one stars the ninja Jinx, features some of the Crimson Guard, and has a temporal gimmick too.
The gimmick's established on the first page with Jinx completing her objective.

The clock's 20 seconds and ticking - each a page, each a step in Jinx's escape from the base she'd set a bomb in.
She scythed through those against her.

At eleven seconds to go, she faced a hardier foe:

They bloodied each other - she ran, he followed.
With six seconds to go, Jinx's bomb was discovered:

At five seconds, Jinx and her foe met again:

He moved and she did.

(A background panel I'm pretty sure Bill Sienkiewicz did with Elektra sometime, and in the foreground, a shot that's got the two-handed grip and thrust from Frank Miller's " Bullseye killing Elektra " in it.)
Jinx was off and away, two seconds on the timer.

(Jinx, the Crimson Guard, blood, and finally " Cut the red one. ")

(Pagecount's just under 4 of 20 from this week's G.I. Joe - A Real American Hero - Jinx #1.
The script's both Dan Watters and DaNi - art's the latter. You might've seen them together previously on the Arkham City: The Order of the World miniseries.
Colors're Brad Simpson. There's no lettering.
