A super-villain by the name of the Scavenger has stolen the MacGuffin from the previous issue.

Scavenger doesn’t appreciate Superboy trespassing into his lair.

Scavenger transports them both in to the middle of a volcano.

Elsewhere, Doctor Kaua finds something curious on the beach.

I was in love with this run. Really, great stuff and I wish more writers played with having heroes other places that the North East and Cali.
