I like how Darkseid is all "Yeah, yeah, keep your britches on. Here's your girl, nothing funny. We good?"

With me only learning about Darkseid via the Justice League Unlimited series and then seeing the THANOS AND DARKSEID: Carpool Buddies of Doom strip, seeing "original" Darkseid is quite fun.
Comics are rather fun it turns out.

Not gonna lie: the idea of easyriding with a ragtag band of garishly-costumed cosmic hippies held a certain exhilarating appeal.

(And I’m wondering if Beautiful Dreamer, as a psionic, was somehow able to join in the Infinity Man fusion, thus helping effect her own rescue.)
