I am deeply confused by the character configurations here.
Two Supermen - presumably WF and present day.
Two Dicks - See Superman
Three Batmen? - The guy in the first scene doesn't seem to be from either timeline.
Honestly it's mostly the mix and match group in the first scene that's throwing me. Otherwise it seems like a straightforward case of the FW trio swapping places with their modern counterparts.
Apologies for not fielding this sooner. There are two Supermen and two Batmen in the story.
Older Batman goes through a moment or two of confusion because of the timeline going wonky, but he's essentially one guy.
Young Dick's comment about "Happy Batman" should not be taken as an indication that there's actually a third Batman. He just dropped in from the past and is still getting his bearings. So it's partly genuine confusion on his part, partly snark at the expense of Bruce's earlier, sterner days. "You're openly expressing you're glad to see me? Who are you and what have you done with my mentor?"
I can see how "I know you as Nightwing, I always *have* is confusing, but that doesn't mean Bruce knew Dick as Nightwing exclusively. If he did, he'd be asking Dick what he was doing in that red and yellow costume.
Bruce did briefly remember Dick as "having been missing for years" because of the chronal chaos going on, but his memory soon righted itself.

B) Dick had been missing for years.
Neither is true for either of the other groups.
