Kingsley seems like one of those sorts who would've become a supervillain one way or another. Finding a stash of Norman's old equipment just sped up the process. (It's good that Norman is capable of feeling some responsibility for it, but it's probably misplaced on this occasion. ... maybe it's a result of hanging around Peter. That guilt complex is contagious.)
Oh yeah, Pete. Your life is fantastic. How's the wife again? Oh, that's right. You sold that marriage. And she's with some guy who REALLY shouldn't exist. And bonded with Venom.
That’s right, folks. Peter Parker went from marriage to open relationships with a nurse and a cat burglar. Remind me again whose fantasy he’s supposed to represent.
Canon’s wonky but he’s supposed to be around 30 at least. There’s a bit in Alias where the spider bite is mentioned as taking place 15 years ago in-universe.
That last scan, scrolling down the page Axe-guy looked pretty cool, but then I got to his legs. What's up with that stance? Upper torso is sturdy, implacable, but he's standing on the balls of his feet with his legs bent to one side?
I'm not going to lie, I think that would destroy my interest in the character, unless they come up with something new and special.
I find him so, so, SO much more interesting as a repentant ex-villain who's trying to -- and may never -- make up for the things he's done.
He makes Peter more interesting, too. Pete's usually shouldering a guilt complex big enough to make Atlas blush, but now he has to put that aside on occasion to help Norman.
I agree that it's a more interesting characterisation - even if, for those of us with long memories, it feels a bit reminiscent of Ezekiel Sims - but my skepticism regarding these things makes me think it's an inevitable ticking clock down to putting the toy back in the Crazy Goblin Man box.

Any older and it is just embarrassing for him.
