Date: 2009-11-10 04:48 am (UTC)BTW, Cliff has an advantage here, assuming Giffen has preserved Morrison's continuity(which, btw, painstakingly depended on all the past DP before him--unlike Byrne): Cliff not only hasn't a heart--last I saw there was a nutrient tank there--but the Candlemaker destroyed his brain. The Chief had preserved his consciousness--laughably, on what appeared to be a 5 1/2" floppy--and thus Cliff can back himself up, and upload himself to a new body.
There was some allusion to this in this issue, with Larry pointing out that Cliff's basically immortal, and Cliff telling Larry to shut up.
