I say this as a 97% heterosexual male: Justin Hartley is a very pretty human being. He's also one of the only two versions of Green Arrow I can stomach (Ollie during his time on the Elite team is the other, and I can't even really explain or justify that rationally), which means I'm working to program my brain to think of Justin Hartley whenever the subject of GA comes up.

Yeah, Ollie does have the occasional moment but the rest of his family is just so much more awesome. On the bright sde he's not purposly mindfucking and emotionally damaging his children/sidekicks unlike some Batmen I could mention.
