...That is a good point, besides the lighting bolts pointing towards his crotch, it does look a lot like Wally's DCAU costume--even down to having the superhero white-over eyes.

Not really, Wally having white eyes in his costume was in the comic years before he appeared in the DCAU. He lost them abnd went back to showing his eyes when Grant Morrison had him start mkaing costumes out of Speed Force.

This. It has nothing to do with the Dark Flash or the DCAU. It's just the costume Wally had in the Waid run.

Actually, it does.

The split in the front of the belt is reminiscent of the Dark Flash costume. No other Flash suit had that. The nose cover on the cowl is also similar, but that could be attributed to the 90's TV series.

The heavier stylized logo with gold ring circling it entirely is a almost a direct port from the JL/JLU Flash.

Hm... y'know, I hadn't thought of that. It really does look like JLU Wally's costume. Except for the nose cover and what not. Seeing that kinda improves my opinion of it.
