I liked it on the show; wouldn't work in the regular universe, for a bunch of reasons (JLU-Wondy is a completely different character) (but then, that would describe most 'ships, really), but I liked it there.

Yea, my view too. It works great in JLU, it's been toyed with in the main universe but the romantic chemistry isn't there IMO. Some flirting, but they're mostly just friends.

It's hard to romantically pair main-WW and make it work. The Diana/Aquaman pairing IMO failed too.

Ditto, in the regular universe it just wouldn't go. Diana and Bruce have very different philosophies especially on how to treat psychopaths and murderers, just look at Bruce's reaction when she told him she killed Maxwell Lord. As for the DCAU, well I disliked DCAU!Wonder Woman so I'll refrain on commenting on that.

Steve Rogers would be one of my ideal candidates for her, too bad he's from another universe.

Personally I hope for it. There is little point IMO of bringing back Bruce wayne/batman if he is going to be the same old grouch we have had for the last decade. Hopefully he will have learned some things about life and happiness.
