Wow... glad I haven't eaten today. That kinda made me feel sick. I mean, I figured there was a shot of this or similar but really didn't want to dwell since the idea of 'suddenly pregnant!' Amazons was kinda getting a pass from me since they seemed happy about it. Idk... Oy.

So, what do we wager the chances of these Crow characters shown on future covers not being the result of this?.

Oh. Oh man. That's horrible. I don't even really have words to describe that whole scene.

I like Achilles though. He seems like a good guy. A bit of a departure from his traditional depiction in The Illiad, admittedly, but I like it.

Hey, does anyone else see how Ares' fingers are floating on that one amazon's face? That totally made me do a double-take.

Diana killed him (hence the stitches holding his head together) so this is like, the ghost of Ares.

Obviously, he's still pretty powerful, phantom impregnations and all.

I think he just decided to come back. At this point there is very little in Olympus who could stop him. Especially is Rucka's idea of where their power comes from holds.

Okay, I kinda like this direction, I mean if you're going to make Diana a mythological inspired hero you might as well use some good old Greek god assholery and most myths are worse than this. It kinda reminds me of when Batman stories get nitty gritty on the street detective angle or when Superman fought the Elite.

Not sure if she's back online completely yet.

So retro's theory that the babies were a gift from Aphrodite -- way off. Gift -- yes. From a goddess -- no. From Aphrodite -- what the Hades was I thinking.

So retro's theory that Achilles gonna die -- looks on target. And of course, in a way that will make me miss him even more. Very glad I tried not to become too attached.
