It arose from me just thinking about superheroes and some of their powers in general. It struck me that for all of the various deconstructions and different ways of looking at it that have gone before, nobody has ever tweaked it so that the association between developing powers is no longer with making moral decisions (choosing to become a good person or a bad person). It’s not about that; it’s about loyalty. -- Si Spurrier
