Not too much to say about this issue. The Joes set a trap for Cobra, who are trying to track down their secret base, and unaccountably they decide to transfer their Cobra prisoners to the site. Naturally, the prisoners take advantage of the battle and escape. Which is unusually lazy for Hama, in my eyes. Some characters bite the dust--I won't spoil who.
