In IRON MAN #315, Tony Stark and Natasha Romanov traveled to Russia to open a new Stark Enterprises factory. The Titanium Man, bummed that Communism fell, attacked the ceremony.
Seven pages from each issue.
A big fight between the Titanium Man and Iron Man and Black Widow doesn't go unnoticed, so...

Iron Man seems to be holding his own.

Time to try to reason with the crazed guy in the powerful armor. Even with her "Widow's Bite," Natasha isn't much more than a distraction.
Not *that* kind of distraction, you pervs!
The Crimson Dynamo shows up.

"C'mon, I'm trying to destroy the capitalist pigdog out of love!"

No instant-translate in his armor? Well, it was written in 1995.

The Titanium Man gets away, and Crimson Dynamo is hurt.

And that better idea? Tony says, "I know what it's like to have nothing left but your pride. As far as the Russian People will ever know, this situation will have been handled..."

And in issue #317, Boris gives Crimson Tony (or Stark Dynamo) part of an old Bela Legosi speech.

It's interesting how Tony is getting the body language right to match what Shatalov is saying to Bullski

Shatalov uses the remote on the armor to nail Bullski, much to Tony's surprise.

Other "Titanium Men" have shown up since this, but they have not been established as Bullski.
Shatalov gets a dressing down from his superiors over killing Bullski. And speaking of dressing down...

Is that the first time Tony and Natasha were romantically involved? Of course, its hard to think of a Marvel female Tony *hasn't* been romantically involved with.
