This is from Thunderbolts #147 by Jeff Parker and Kev Walker. The issue takes place during the events of Avengers Academy #3-4, where the kids visit the Raft as part of a "scared straight" program and Hazmat causes the powers to go out.

i love how Juggernaut is still... well not a good guy... but not a bad guy at heart either :) and he likes kids.

I enjoyed Cain when he was part of the Excalibur reboot. Working on the road to redemption. (that's how I like him and Magneto. Willing to be necessarily evil when the situation calls for, but trying to do the right thing by all accounts.

Plus, if it gives us more crazy uncle/magnificent bastard magneto, I am so there. :D)

When did he manage to get so oogly as of lately? I've noticed in the past when he wasn't wearing his armor he looked like a normal, but really big guy. Good looking enough to bag a She-Hulk or two. Now he looks like an Igor!

Nah, nothing in these scans, but they've shown Juggs in 'regular clothes' in this series and he looks like a hunchback.

Wow. Only three of them decided to go after Osborn? And I'm surprised more of the prisoners didn't want to go after Osborn.

He fought Nuke at the siege of Asgard.

Nuke sliced him up with a stolen Gungnir.

So now John's got prosthetics (which he uses rather brutally in this issue), and Paladin's walking the earth with the spear.
