Snowbird isn't a part of the current iteration of the God Squad (which is currently Hercules, Amadeus Cho, Thor, Venus, Sersi, Silver Surfer, and Daimon Hellstrom).

She was with her family, the Inua, when Mikaboshi attacked the Skygod's throne room and gained access to all of the Heavens of the the various Earth pantheons.

Snowbird has yet to join the "God Squad" in the main Chaos War book. I'd imagine this is happening at the same time.

While I'm sad that Snowbird, as the other remaining living member of the original God Squad is not playing a bigger role in the actual Chaos War series, I'm okay with it because it means we get Alpha Flight.

I'd buy a (well written) ongoing about them!!

Alpha Flight is one case where I will accept mass resurrections as justified.

The only issue I have is that with both Heather and Mac back and on the same team, Alpha Flight has a bad case of power redundancy. I accept it with the twins because they are twins, but I kind of wish Mac had stayed dead or come back with a different power set or something.

They tried giving Heathers suit a different powerset, something to do with geothermal power, tapping into heat sources below ground, rock, lava, water, steam... she was basically a sort of walking combat spa.

This looks lovely. Sasquatch's fur pattern seems a little off but the voice is right. The rest of them looks cool too.

I suspect they will agree to go back to being dead to stop the invertible double cross by the Great Beasts. However *fingers crossed* this is Marvel's way of making up for a mess that should not have happened.

is the time right for an Alpha Flight revival? Certainly a mini perhaps to untangle the knots and start again but only an ongoing if they also release it digitally, plug it and commit to keeping some decent talent on it for at least a year or more imho.

I think an ongoing is way too much to ask for (and would probably be axed within six issues anyway). Though I'd like to see them get a mini if response to the one-shot is positive enough.
