Yeeeaaah, the tiny skirt Wondy`s wearing bothers me. I know mostly guys are drawing this (and they think their audiences are mostly male anyway sigh) but could they at least show some respect for the characters? It`s Wonder Woman...seriously...

I like how if she was pulling the cloak just a leetle bit closer to her, we wouldn't have the up-skirt shot at all. And that the woman who is welcoming her apparently decided that a single-length skirt is boring and that it needs to resemble a loin-cloth some more.

I agree with aelflar that the tiny skirt is wtf. I also like women in tiny skirts. AH, CONFLICTING MORALITIES.

That said, I don't know much about Kate Kane, but... is she supposed to be in the closet, and this is like, a big thing, her admitting that she's gay?

It's a stupid thing that we* in the US have been trying to get rid of for awhile now, but keep getting fought on.

This IS a tough choice. On the one hand, Diana becoming a goddess is pretty badass, but on the other - damn, Kate. I guess I've got to go with Kate, simply because she's giving up a hell of a lot in the name of her personal integrity, and one has to respect that.

It's a pity the US military and senators like John "Maverick" McCain do not. Speaking of which, how's that vote going?

I haven't really been following it as of late - last I heard, 'DA, DT' had been repealed, but the military managed to argue it back into place for a 'limited time', meaning that they'll have to stop using it (or just appeal again) come Februray or roundabouts. (This particularly sucked because a number of people who had been kicked out of the service during 'DA, DT' had reapplied to the military during the brief period that it was repealed - only, presumably, to be kicked out again when it went back into place.) If there have been any developments since then, I don't know about them.
