I hope this is an okay sort of post to make? Let me know if that's not the case, mods.
I'm not thrilled with the Marvel Adventures universe reboot for a number of reasons (Jaaaaan...), but I'm still mostly enjoying the Super Heroes run. However, it has also given me probably the weirdest of my current comics 'ships: Nova/Thor. Nova is easily my favorite thing about the reboot -- he is an adorable fanboy and I heart him. And I've always been fond of Thor. As far as shipping them goes...
For one thing, the writers/artists just seem to love pushing them together. They get drawn just standing next to each other a lot. And they have an amusingly antagonistic relationship, which doesn't even need words to come across:

Nevertheless, at the same time they look out for each other, and not just in battle:

Nova is the youngest and most inexperienced member of the team -- they call him "the kid" a lot -- and he has a tendency to get jealous of the way Thor's exploits get described in glowing terms, often by Thor himself. He's not immune to Thor's charms himself, though, even if he's a bit catty about it:

Thor explains that he was fighting the Executioner on the rainbow bridge and they fell off, landing them both in the ocean and in the hands of separate pirate crews. Thor defeated the ones who pulled him aboard and saved the beautiful woman they had hostage. Of course. The Executioner took over the ship that he joined (of course). Thor returned the woman to her village, which was then attacked by the Executioner, whom Thor soundly defeated.

Naturally, the Executioner shows up again, and Thor trounces him. ("Those who forget the lessons of the past are doomed to repeat them.") We end with this:

A couple issues later, Thor returns to Asgard to deal with some trouble there. Nova tags along, pretty much just for lols.

Yes, Nova. Yes it does.
Odin goes ballistic and orders Thor to give up his hammer. Thor storms off and Nova is worried.

They find out Odin is being held captive and go to rescue him. Thor and the Valkyrie fight lots of trolls, Nova has to fight a dragon and ends up freeing Odin pretty much singlehandedly.
He is a very cute BAMF.

I think they would be cute. Weird, but cute.
