The whole interaction of "new" Wonder Woman with mainstream DCU is so bizarre I have no idea how they will handle it when things go back to normal, but since that Wonder Woman won't be there it'll be weird.
Do we know if this is the first time Superman has met any Wonder Woman, from HIS POV? Or is he just thinking this is yet another weird alt-WW and he's just too polite to mention it.
Yah, I'm almost inclined going to go check it out at the store tomorrow, because this has no Superman POV to answer that last bit.
But the thing is, my feeling is the more they use the "new" Wonder Woman in mainstream continuity, the more she'll be cemented in this continuity, and my expectation that she'll go away will not, in fact, be true.
Maybe it's just pessimism. But hasn't she been in other solicits, too?

Because there isn't one. She's basically a footnote to him, he doesn't give her any thought at all past that first moment of "huh, she can fly, that means she can help." See my reply to Icon below.
This appears to be the first time he's met any Wonder Woman. He has a deja-vu thought box about how he feels like he should know who she is for some reason. But he doesn't give it much thought, just figures "she flies, she can save lives" and immediately goes "glad you're here, please get these people to safety."
Then once he's done dealing with the tornado, he comes back and says a polite thank-you for her assistance, she tells him YOUR MANLY MANLINESS HAS MADE ME A HERO THANK YOU, and flies off. He gives her no further thought, moving immediately into concerns about the bad guy of the week.
Remember Countdown? Where Jimmy Olsen knew Superman's identity? And then they tied it into a regular issue of Superman instead of the Countdown mini. Does Jimmy currently know Superman's identity?
Not explicitly though I believe he does but doesn't bring it up. Of course where Forager is is a whole other question too. ...Yeah, I think Countdown threads are essentially sucked into a black hole except when brought up occasionally.
Nobody anywhere gives a sincere fuck about Jimmy Olsen so shit doesn't stick to him; plenty, plenty of writers and editors give a huge fuck about making sure shit sticks to Wonder Woman which is why it often to one degree or another does.
Actually i think it was integrated the moment she was brought up in Generation Lost and The Flash and it's becoming clear that this might be part of that..Flashpoint shit.
