Not gonna spoil it all other than these two pages and grab this book. So worth the $3 and might steal the show given the lack luster events this year in comics. All you need big event happens.Cue the big meeting to find the links between them all oh and the third star of the mini shows up:
I love the little glance Cass gives Damian while Tim and Dick are doing the detective work. And how sweet it is to see almost all the kids together. This series is gonna make us want an ongoing of these four working together isn't it?

Date: 2011-05-18 09:09 pm (UTC)It is a little weird to see Dick's only response to Cass is "Hey, you're back" - even though as far as Dick knows she's been missing and off the grid (with Tim the only one aware of where she was) from Bruce's "death" until after his "return". The last time that happened she became a super-villain and the last time she talked to Dick (in Outsiders), he was apologizing to her for being an actual dick to her. I was hoping her return to the Bat-Crew would be a bit more emotional.
But I can let it go...because this series seems awesome and Snyder/Higgins seem to care about ALL the characters and the art is pretty. A good story can trump a lot.

Yea. Cass shows up late in this issue, and it's mostly background. Payoff should come later :)

BUT SQUEEEEE!! Cass IS SO PRETTY! *also don't like the bared middrif* but I live her little smile at Damian afterwards and Damian trying to be all cool and aloof the whole time. Him being rude to the others is just his way of making himself look important. "YOU FAILED TO PROTECT MY FAMILY BRIDGE GRAYSON, HOW DARE YOU. LOOK I HAVE A BRIDGE IN MY FAMILY. AREN'T I COOL?"
