Andre Briggs, the head of U.N. intelligence, a man who wants to reassemble the Justice League in a new configuration, on that it will be easier to control them.
Mysterious glowing observer looks like Raven. Depending on what got Retconned, Raven originally sought help in dealing with her father from the Justice League, but was turned away.
I think glowing mysterious observer girl is Raven. Depending on whats been retconned, Raven originally came to the outside world seeking aid with dealing with her father from The Justice League but was turned away.
You can't tell from these pages, but Guy Gardner seems a lot different in this JLI than he was in the original JLI and even different from how he was in GREEN LANTERN: EMERALD WARRIORS. His main complaint isn't "This is a bad idea" or "I should be in charge," it's "Booster Gold shouldn't be in charge."
I wonder if in the DCnU, Guy Gardner was never brain damaged and in a coma for a while. To what degree the brain damage resulted in Guy's abrasive, impulsive personality depends on the writer, with the obvious "Well, Guy can't be *that* bad or the ring wouldn't have chosen him" addition. If this Guy was never brain damaged, he'd be less of an uncouth lout and less likely to bluster so much.
Founded by girl geeks and members of the slash fandom, scans_daily strives to provide an atmosphere which is LGBTQ-friendly, anti-racist, anti-ableist, woman-friendly and otherwise discrimination and harassment free.
Bottom line: If slash, feminism or anti-oppressive practice makes you react negatively, scans_daily is probably not for you.
