A happy ending for once

There was a post here earlier about how some people robbed a special needs man of his extensive Superman collection. I'm glad to report that there's a happy ending; the thieves were caught and arrested and the man got his collection back. The extras that he received from fans looking to replenish his collection he's decided to donate to a charity.

Right? Said he was robbing a 76 year old and caused him "minor injuries" in the process. After reading about how this dude robbed a special needs man and then followed it up by robbing and injuring an elderly man, I half expected the next part of the article to add on something like, "His other hobbies include punching babies in the face and throwing kittens into rivers". Sheesh, what a dick.

I'm happy he got all his stuff back and it's nice that he's saying he wants to donate a lot of the extra things that were sent to him. I hope they still set up the trip for him to go to Metropolis, IL, though. I'm sure he would enjoy that.

I am not, I hope, by nature a vindictive man, so I will not say that I hope he trips repeatedly whenever he chances upon a flight of stairs for the next ten years, I will simply enjoy the notional possibility of such a random event happening.
