Long time lurker first time poster! Just wanted to share with you a project that a bunch of my very talented geek friends and I have been working on for fun! It’s a Digital Motion Comic Fan Film of the “Death of Spider-Man” storyline from Marvel’s Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man!!
I really hope you all enjoy it! I’ve been following your site for a looong time now and haven’t really had anything worth posting till now. And I’m actually REALLY excited to share it with you all! I feel like I already know you crazy kids!
This is not affiliated with Marvel in any way and is just a project we decided to do as a tribute to all of the creators, publishers, and fans of the Ultimate Webhead! And of course as a tribute to Peter Parker himself.
It’s such a heart-wrenching tale that exemplifies the heroism, bravery, love, and sense of responsibility of one 16-year-old boy who wouldn’t give up. Hope you enjoy it!!

Date: 2011-10-23 09:45 am (UTC)In all seriousness, this fan film was better than any motion comic that I've seen Marvel put out and even better than all 3 Spider-Man movies rolled up together. The transitions, and special effects supplemented the story (instead of being over-used, as in so many fan films), while the music and voice acting were perfect in every way. Please post more of your projects!
