Also something i JUST noticed, first panel of this page (2) stuff animals behind Timmy. First the unicorn room, now Stuffed animals I can definately see a meme with Timmy and his affection all things cute (stuffed animals, unicorns, Bunker.... Superboy :D
There i said it, let the Tumbr art of Red Robin and the stuffed animals/cuteness begin!

Also I love the look on Timmy's face, Miguel is such a fan boy :D



you know what? that pose, that speech, i can't help but think of Puss n Boots from Shrek... and now i can't NOT hear Antonio Banderas when he speaks :D

I have to say, this character makes me really happy. He's latino, he's catholic, he's gay, he's the closest i have ever had to true representation in comics. *well except for the totally out part, and i am not that flamboyant... okay every now and then i tend to use the word fabulous more than i should... and i have a gay-gasm everytime i see Nightwing's ass... or catman's chest... or What? Oh crap... i'm going nova again aren't I?*

all in all, a fun series :D For some reason it makes me think of Spy-Kids...

I'm Catholic and gay too. I was raised Catholic before I was aware what sexual orientation even was, and my belief is that the "Senior Management" of the Church is (as regards practising one's sexual orientation if it's not hetero), wrong, or at least, labouring under a misapprehension for the moment (I'm an optimist)

Who I am attracted to does not interfere with my ability to believe the basic teachings of Christ, and a God whose most basic credo is love for all, could not (IMHO) be against the love of two adult people who are of a mutual mind to be together because of that love.

God and I will have a chat about it at the appropriate time, and I believe that he is a MUCH better judge of people than any human, so will judge my life by something more important than who I happened to be attracted to.

And as shadowpsykie notes, the official Vatican line is not strictly adhered to everywhere.
