I do feel sorry for Pema, Tenzin's wife. Shippers seem to like her kids but would rather her husband be with his ex rather than her. Which is kind of sad, I thought that they were a nice couple. :(

And finally, the actually sort of canon pairing of Velma and HDW from the Best version of Scooby Doo, Mystery Incorperated (made by one of the guys making the new Batman show). Them being a couple was apparently mentioned, though I thought that it was more along the lines of them being Good Friends personally. Not like in Adventure Time, where the implied relationship between two female characters resulted in an episode being banned in Australia...

I did think that HDW (though I prefer to use her actual name, Marcy) had a bit of a crush on Thelma, and Thelma wasn't quite sure what she felt for Marcy since emotional self-awareness isn't really her strong suit

At the start of season 2 she joins the team when Daphne won't rejoin, but when Daphne does, Marcy is more or less ejected as surplus, though Thelma does try to reassure her that she voted to keep her on the team, It's a rather sad moment.

Yea I saw that. I honestly thought that was real shitty. I get it's been the 5 of them all this time but what's wrong with adding a sixth member to the team?

This incarnation of the Mystery Inc aren't really that emotionally mature (or stable, in Fred's case), they probably couldn't fit how she could be in the team at the same time as Daphne. Or didn't realise how bad it'd make her feel.

I also find it... interesting... that many of the same Tenzin/Lin shippers also ship Adult!Toph/Adult!Sokka (read: hope Lin's father is revealed as Sokka). Despite what that would mean for Tenzin/Lin.
