Warning: violence
So the first issue finally came out. And when I say "finally", I mean it-- this was announced five years ago.
This is something that I think you should check out and it would be difficult for me to do it justice in just four pages, so I'll just start off with the opening. (Keep in mind that this story takes place in the "future" and not the actual current canon)

So Daredevil's dead...what's next? Well, this is where the story begins as Daredevil (and Matt Murdock) have been out of the public for years after an incident that I won't spoil here. Ben Urich is trying to piece together what really happened with Daredevil and the significance of his last words. There are some interesting scenes here (Including a scathing indictment of the public of the Marvel universe, something we've been saying here for years) and the rest of the series promises to be just as interesting given that Bendis plans to show the rest of Hornhead's supporting cast.
Overall, I really missed Bendis on Daredevil so seeing him return (with co-writer David Mack) for one last hurrah on the character is very bittersweet.
