Forget Foggy's possible cancer for now. Let's wind the clock back a few years for a heartwarming scene from Ann Nocenti's run:

Matt Murdock's personal life after Born Again was a total hell, but his friends and loved ones were also hit hard. Karen Page left Matt when she discovered he was cheating her with Typhoid Mary. The Kingpin made Matt lose his lawyer's license and went to work pro-bono, and then he tried to corrupt Foggy by hiring him to defend a corporation that blinded a young kid with toxic waste. Matt and Foggy drifted apart during this time, but finally at the end of Nocenti's run:

And it's for moments like these that this is my favourite Daredevil run.

This was Nocenti's final issues. Oddly, Matt didn't get his license back until #300.

And Glorianna got tossed out a window.

I've not exactly a Daredevil fn, but isn't putting Foggy's illness right outside the cut technically a spoiler, considering the reveal was just this week, I believe?

I'm now spoiled, but I'm pleased about it because now I know to stop reading. I'm a cancer survivor and I'm really, really over cancer storylines.
