Well, there's a difference between wanting to kill Joker and Harley for their crimes and becoming dictator of the world, so I wouldn't say the breakdown is finished quite yet--this is just the spark that creates the fire.
This feels like the old DCU. And that's probably the biggest compliment I can give it. The characters have all been written great, and the world feels like a world of heros.
The content has been a little tough to swallow, but it's been written very well from issue 1.
Arrow Cave.... "Why don't you just call it the quiver?" hehehehe
I dunno, this really doesn't work for me. Sure it's pretty cute, and it would work well enough with the pre-reboot mainstream versions of the characters, but I find to hard to empathize with Harley when she's just been an accomplice to the murder of a pregnant Lois Lane, plus y'know, the nuking of a major metropolitan city. Now maybe she wasn't aware of Joker's plans or he forced her into it or something, it's not clear from these scans, but it's hard to buy Harley as a victim when she's now a mass murderer. Not to mention, the idea that Ollie would humor her like this doesn't work for me. Harley was just party to the murder of Lois Lane, the love of Superman's life, plus a whole lot of other people, and to have Ollie approaching her with anything other than complete and utter disgust really annoys me. I can accept that the JLA would try to protect Harley from Superman, because they're clearly Lawful Stupid in this story, but I can't buy Ollie sympathizing with her so quickly.
I don't want to like this but can't help it. Even if Harley is a despicable person for what she was involve in. But do enjoy that ollie have a arrow cave.

My favorite part was when she made fun of the name of his 'Arrow Cave'.
