Not happy about how cranky Jay is. Doesn't feel like Jay if e's not being a fairly happy old guy.

Secondly, so there's more speedsters? Does that mean that they're going to bring Wally West, but it gets nixed and they're forced to recolour his hair and change his name to Barry, but lave his dialog relatively the same so it ends up feeling like Wally anyway?

What do you mean another. Earth-2 was used as plot point in a few episodes of the last season. This chapter even showed an Earth-2 Oliver Queen and Clone preparing to try and Kill Clark Luthor by gathering up kryptonite and we see that doesn't workout as out first glimpses of earth-2 on the show is GA's Wake.

Plus Miller said in an interview that this season will be about the world post season 10 (were heroes are more accepted and seeing the justice league) and the earth-2 stuff.

Also I can see why Jay wouldn't be his old cherry self. Apparently in this universe something is trailing and killing people who use the speed force and before he stopped running he was imprisoned and framed for crimes by his government.

So the Speed Force is consider an evil curse now? Hmm... one of the things I hated about Smallville is that took things a little to pessimistic in a way. Jor-El being a controlling douche rather than a guide... that episode about the kid becoming a Superhero due to a curse comic book that made him evil was a cheap version of Captain Marvel to be "evil"ed. Booster Gold being a bigger jerk than need, the Legion being okay to kill Chole, Blue Beetle being evil period. Everything had a huge negative aspect to it that just chewed up air time, as it was ether to be overcome in one episode or be drawn out in a story arc that lasts a little too long than needed. I wouldn't have minded if it was once per season, but they did it alot...
