Seriously the last panel brings back memories of Excel Saga's Pedro.
I'm not sure what makes it funnier, that Peter is dismayed that he's going to sit next to an Avenger fanboy peppering him with questions all flight, or the fact that the kid is calling webstrip continuity into question compared to comic continuity. "Aren't you supposed to be an Avenger, now?" "OH NO! Kid, you're bringing down the 4th wall! Stop before continuities merge, I like having a hot wife! (and being alive.)"
Whilst enjoying this I suspect that even Icon_UK as a lad would have thought "Just say it's an undershirt you idiot. Why would it ever be EASIER getting on a flight as a fully masked Spider-Man (who has no ticket) than it would be as Peter Parker (who has a seat BOOKED) with the only risk being shown up as having a rather dorky fashion sense?"
Or just make it really awkward for the TSA person so they shoo you past as fast as possible.
"Oh yea, well my wife is a big Spider-Man fan... so sometimes she has me, you know... to enhance the experience. I was in such a hurry to catch my flight I didn't have time to take it off this morning. I doused myself in 5 cans of Axe body spray so it shouldn't smell. Do you think it worked?"
Pff, I like Obama's troll-face, there. I think the real reason he's letting Spiderman on a flight (with no ticket) is just to mess with J. Jonah Jameson.
Also, I like to think that the bratty kid's mom actually is rich enough to afford her own quinjet, but she's so stingy she insists on flying coach on a regular airline instead, so that her kid's tantrum is in fact semi-justified.
