Hi. A friend suggested I crosspost my Hawkeye fancomic here.
Author:

Characters: Clint Barton, Kate Bishop, Lucky aka Pizza Dog
Notes: Gen, rated teen for violence. I don’t own the rights to these characters. This comic is drawn entirely for entertainment; no profit is made. Many thanks to neveralarch for kindly giving permission to use her fic.

This comic was also posted on AO3, along with half a dozen more comics (SGA, X-Files, Angel, Fray)

Date: 2013-07-30 10:49 pm (UTC)The one (hopefully constructive) piece of criticism I have is that it's lacking a certain amount of dynamism in the action sequences. In the panels where Kate's holding the bow, it looks like she's posing with it rather than getting ready to fire it. There should be more visible tension in her body.
Apart from that, though, great job.

I suspect it's partly because I grew up on Franco-Belgian comics which have a different aesthetic. That and my main work is in children's books. Now I try to come up with lots of action scenarios for my fanart to get a better feeling for it.
